Three-storey country house in stone (300 g. sqm) with surrounding land (1,100 sqm) in beautiful natural location inside the Velino-Sirente Regional Park, easily reachable by car and train. The cottage has been recently renovated with the total reconstruction of the roof, maintaining and enhancing the original features. The facade is divided by a regular sequence of doors and overlying stone windows, fine the central door in original wood. The floors are ceramic tile generally clear (30x30) except the upper salon which has a double layer of rough wood. The exterior frames are pine wood (cherry color) and have double glazing, one of the front doors is walnut with glass surface. All the windows and the entrance doors are equipped with robust security grilles in iron and have mosquito nets. Heating is autonomous LPG gas with underground storage tank of about 1000 liters and a boiler 32 k. ; it is possible to reactivate a fireplace actually closed in the upper living room.
