Stone house with cellars, terraces and small land, at the foot of the Castle.
Four-storey house (185 sqm.) with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in one of the most characteristic areas of the village, overlooking a spectacular valley at the foot of the old castle. The house has recently had the roofs renovated, it needs now a general internal renovation with some optimizations and the isolation of a wall against ground. The house has two entrances, one at the ground floor and one at the first floor via a short flight of external stairs. The first entrance at the ground floor leads into a courtyard where you find two large cellars that develop below the house and partly are carved into the rock, or you can climb a short staircase that leads to a panoramic terrace with a French door leading directly into the first floor. The second entrance at the first floor is protected by a gate that leads into a landing with the main door and the bathroom door in an independent room (appropriate optimization with the construction of a small covered area advancing the door and connecting the bathroom to the rest of the house). Inside the first floor has an atrium, a small living room and a large room divided into a kitchen with a fireplace and a dining room (to restore a wall against ground). An internal staircase allows you to go up to the second floor with three bedrooms, one with a balcony. At the bottom of the master bedroom a masonry staircase leads to the terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village, the surroundings and the Tirino River valley.
Adjacent to the house, above one of the cellars, there is a rustic two-storey house whose roof has been redone recently, it could be finished obtaining another small independent house or connecting it to the main house.
All the roof of the house is now in good condition and also the isolation of the terrace has been renewed. The heating is by the fireplace and a wood stove, the domestic hot water is produced by an electric boiler inside the bathroom. The floors and fixtures are largely the original ones. The house can be reached by car with parking nearby.
AQE, EPI Energy Performance Index = 63,540 kWh / sqm yearly.
