Stone detached house on some levels (129 g. sqm) with exclusive shared back garden. The house is free on two opposite sides, with two entrances from the alley and from the garden. The facade with the main entrance is in a typical alley of the old town with two windows and a small balcony which offers a beautiful view. At the ground floor you meet once a large living room with the ceiling punctuated by massive original wooden beams and a large fireplace.
