Terraced house on three levels (136 t.sqm.), free on two sides, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, tavern, warehouse and large common courtyard space; reachable by car, with parking and a few steps from the main square with bar, restaurant, supermarket, post office, bus stop and all the generally necessary services. The house was completely renovated in 2015 according to strict anti-seismic criteria and is habitable after completing the heating system (prepared) and one of the kitchens. The front facade is preceded by a common paved courtyard (used almost exclusively) where it is possible to park and carry out outdoor life activities with afternoon sunshine. At the ground floor there is a glass door on one side that leads into a studio apartment with a bedroom and a large bathroom, on the other side of the courtyard a further glass door allows entry into a tavern room with a barrel vault, equipped with kitchen and connected with a further vaulted room currently used as a warehouse. An external masonry staircase with marble steps and iron railing leads to a landing at the first floor on which two doors open: towards a studio apartment with bedroom and bathroom and towards the main part of the house which is divided into two levels. Above the studio on the first floor there is a further room with a window which has remained in its raw state and connected with a trap door. In the main part, on the lower level there are two large rooms with vaulted ceiling and rear windows where a kitchen with fireplace can be organized (existing arrangements) and a large living room. A characteristic ancient stone staircase finally leads to the upper level with two bedrooms, one of which has also a panoramic balcony and a comfortable bathroom. The rear facade of the house, with all the windows of the main building, is on a wide and characteristic alley of the village with sunshine during the morning hours.
The roof of the house is new in wood with insulation and traditional tiled roofing, the window frames are generally in aluminum with white double-glazed windows and dark green shutters, in some cases the original wooden windows are preserved; also in dark green aluminum are the glazed entrance doors. Internal fixtures should be optimized. The floors are rustic-grained or decorated ceramic. The heating system is currently only prepared, it is necessary to place the external gas boiler and the wall radiators. Domestic hot water is currently guaranteed by two electric boilers.
